How do I make a purchase?

Shop and select your preferred types and quantities of the items and click ADD TO CART. Once you are ready for checkout, click on the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the screen, fill in your information and select delivery or pickup options. Once your have completed the order, we will process it within 24 hours.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can shop at bangkok.mandarinorientalshop.com without creating an account.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To ensure the security of your payments, we use the AsiaPay service.
You will be directed to the SiamPay site to select your payment method and input your credit card details. Once this transaction is completed, you will then return to bangkok.mandarinorientalshop.com.

AsiaPay uses state-of-the-art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. Please be assured that the information you provide during an online transaction is treated confidentially, and not disclosed to a third party.

Which countries do you deliver to? Do you have different rates for different areas?

Currently, we only deliver within Bangkok. Deliveries will be made within two working days after the order is placed.

Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?

We can deliver one order only to one address. If you wish to deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Refund, cancellation or changes to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation.

How do I return or exchange an item?

To return or exchange purchases, please contact us with the following information:
